BA NA CABLE CAR JOINT STOCK COMPANY UNVEILS DETAILED CORPORATE BOND ISSUE

Ba Na Cable Car Joint Stock Company has unveiled their corporate bond issue in details as follows:

+ Bond code: BNC052026+ Total planned issue value: 600 billion VND in maximum

+ Scheduled issue date: no later than June 28, 2019

+ Bond tenor: maximum 84 months

+ Par value: VND100,000/bond

+ Issue mode: private placement in pursuit of Decree 163/2018/ND-CP dated December 4, 2018 by the Government on corporate bond issuance+ Bond type: non-convertible, without covered warrants and asset backed+ Bond yield: a mix between fixed rate and floating rate
