On July 30, 2025, Tay Ninh marked a milestone by welcoming its 4 millionth cable car passenger to Ba Den Mountain since the beginning of the year, confirming its status as a leading spiritual and cultural tourism destination in Southern Vietnam.

Launching Vesak month at Ba Den Mountain, a series of large-scale events and activities will be organized, making it a top historical and spiritual cultural destination in the South this time.

The Lady's Birthday Festival - the largest and most important festival at Ba Den Mountain, Tay Ninh - will be held from May 30th to June 1st (corresponding to May 4th-6th in the lunar calendar) this year. During this time, many large-scale cultural and spiritual activities will be organized for the people to show their respect to the Holy Mother Bodhisattva - the main goddess of Ba Mountain.

More than 2,000 delegates and Buddhists from over 80 countries gathered at Ba Den Mountain for the Vesak 2025 ceremony on May 8, 2025. Where the relics of the Buddha are enshrined, in the perception of many senior monks, it appears as a "peaceful realm in the Ta Ba world" - a new spiritual destination for the world.
