The surface of the waterfall is elaborately crafted from terracotta, then coated with glossy black enamel. The pebbles on the waterfall's surface are also handcrafted from terracotta, in all sorts of natural shapes, so that the falling water creates white foamy waves, standing out against the glossy black enamel background.

Notably, the waterfall is combined with a fountain system using technology to create unique surging waves, along with many impressive light displays, creating a water music show with a strong meditative theme, through 5 emotional stages:

+ Tranquility : each person slows down, looks deeper, and persistently embraces feelings of peace and serenity;

+ Beauty: people perceive the perfection of life to know how to cherish and be grateful;

These five emotional stages are vividly recreated by the combination of sounds that are sometimes deep, sometimes soaring, lights that are sometimes dazzlingly brilliant, sometimes ethereal like phosphorescence, and water waves that are sometimes melodiously calm, sometimes wildly joyful.

With the water music show, viewers are immersed in the sacred space of the land of Buddha through impressive, novel, and surprising effects. The water music show is created from a combination of modern equipment and the latest technology never before applied in Vietnam, such as Laser drawing machines, 3D projectors, Laser sculpting machines, creating a magical halo emanating from Lord Di Lac, along with many uniquely shaped scenes. Moving head lights combined with vivid, infinitely repeating pattern effects create many short, lively scenes such as the Tay Thien sky, five-colored clouds, lotus carpets, lucky coins, and the simple canvas bag that Lord Di Lac always carries on his shoulder.

The water music show simulates a natural waterfall with 400 spray troughs, creating overflow effects, and 800 solenoid valves creating waterfalls. Along with that are 290 nozzles of various types using world-leading advanced spraying technology, such as verio dancing nozzles creating dancing effects like an actor. The system of 360 pumps with multiple flexible power ranges brings rhythms to the water, sometimes calm, sometimes joyful.

Combined with the water screen is a system of 1,450 specialized water music lighting fixtures programmed with impressive color changes, taking viewers through emotional stages, from sacred to peaceful, to overwhelming joy. The modern, high-power sound system includes 18 full-range, 2-way speakers combined with 16 high-power subwoofers placed around the Bodhisattva Di Lac statue, creating an impressive water music show for the first time in Tay Ninh.

It can be said that the water music show is a combination of traditional Buddhism and modern technology, between a concise and sharp architectural form and soft water surface effects, creating an emotionally rich experience.

With the giant Bodhisattva Di Lac statue at the center, the water music show is an artistic performance of water, light, and sound with a mystical meditative color amidst the sacred peak of Ba Mountain. Immersed in that light and sound, amidst the pure and energy-filled sacred space of Ba Mountain, people are as if bathed in peace and tranquility, returning to their true selves, sincerely aspiring to and fully feeling the source of happiness and enlightenment.
