Goods and Services on Promotion: A3 grandstand tickets for the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF 2025) for the nights of the shows (excluding the final night).

Promotion Period: 

• Date: 09/05, 16/05, 23/05, 30/05, 06/06
• Time: starting from 15:00 until the code/tickets run out

Applicable Platform: On Sun Group's official sales website (booking.sunworld.vn) and the Sun Paradise Land app 

Promotion Type: Free A3 grandstand tickets when purchasing DIFF 2025 tickets according to the conditions.

Eligible Customers: All customers who access and make transactions to purchase DIFF 2025 tickets on the official sales website (booking.sunworld.vn) and the Sun Paradise Land app during the promotion period, meeting the following conditions:

• Purchase at least 3 DIFF 2025 tickets for any night of the show.
• Add 1 A3 grandstand ticket for the night of the show with the "Mega SunFest DIFF 0Đ" promotion to the shopping cart.

Prize Structure:

Free A3 grandstand ticket for the night of the show with the "Mega SunFest DIFF 0Đ" promotion.

Number of Free A3 Tickets: 100 tickets per day of the Flash Sale, totaling 500 free tickets for the entire program.

• The prize value is equivalent to the listed price of the A3 grandstand ticket at the time of purchase.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an equivalent item.

2. Specific Conditions, Methods, and Procedures Customers Must Follow to Participate in the Promotion Program:

• Customers purchase on the booking.sunworld.vn website or the Sun Paradise Land app during the promotion period.
• Choose to purchase at least 3 DIFF 2025 tickets for any night of the show. Choose to purchase an additional 1 A3 grandstand ticket for the night of the show with the "Mega SunFest DIFF 0Đ" promotion (according to the detailed promotion table above).
• At the checkout step, apply the discount code.
• If the transaction is valid and the number of free A3 tickets for the day remains, the system will automatically reduce the price of the A3 ticket to 0 VND.
• Complete the payment during the program period (15:00 on 09/05, 16/05, 23/05, 30/05, 06/06/2025 until the code/tickets run out). The transaction will be canceled if not paid within 15 minutes.

Note:

• Customers need to ensure that they make the transaction within the specified time of each day's Flash Sale.
• The offer only applies when purchasing the required number of tickets and having an A3 ticket for the corresponding night of the show in the shopping cart.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• Each customer/account is only entitled to the offer once for each night of the show during the program period.

3. Notification of Offer:

• The free A3 ticket price will be deducted directly at the checkout step after the customer successfully applies the promotional code and the transaction meets the conditions.
• The e-ticket confirming the successful transaction will be sent to the customer's email/account. This is the final proof confirming the enjoyment of the offer.

4. Time, location, method and procedure for receiving the offer:

• The offer is applied directly and immediately at the time of online ticket purchase when the customer meets the conditions and successfully applies the discount code.
• Customers do not need to perform any further procedures to receive the offer. The e-ticket after payment is a valid ticket to enter.

5. Support conditions and handling of errors, cancellations, and refunds:

5.2. Ticket cancellation and refund: DIFF 2025 tickets purchased under the promotion program will not be refunded under any circumstances, except in cases where the fireworks event is canceled or there are major changes from the Organizing Committee. In this case, the refund policy will be announced specifically.

5.3. Other cases: For any questions or issues arising in relation to the “Mega SunFest – DIFF 0Đ” program, please contact the customer support department for assistance. The decision of the Organizing Committee in complaint cases is the final decision.

5.6. Other Regulations:

• Free A3 tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or items of equivalent value.
• The issuance of 0 VND tickets will be flexibly adjusted based on actual circumstances to ensure the best customer experience.
• All cases will be ultimately decided by the Organizing Committee of the program.
• Customers are responsible for carefully reading the program regulations before participating.
• The program may end earlier than expected if the number of free A3 tickets runs out.
