These Terms and Conditions apply to Customers who perform one, several or all of the following actions: accessing, creating or using an Account, placing or purchasing Tickets on the Sun World Ticketing Channels and/or visiting or using Tickets at the Resorts / Parks.

A. DEFINITIONS

1. Sun World: Sun World Group Co., Ltd (Business registration number: 0401805040).

2. Resort / Park (Khu Du Lịch): means the resorts, parks, amusement and entertainment complexes and other formats under the Sun World brand, including but not limited to: Sun World Asia Park, Sun World Ba Na Hills, Sun World Fansipan Legend, Sun World Hon Thom, Sun World Ba Den Mountain, Sun World Cat Ba and Sun World Ha Long, and any other Sun World branded sites as published on the Sun World Ticketing Channels. Basic information, locations and opening hours are published at: https://sunworld.vn/asiapark, https://sunworld.vn/banahills, https://sunworld.vn/fansipan, https://sunworld.vn/hon-thom, https://sunworld.vn/ba-den, https://sunworld.vn/cat-ba, https://sunworld.vn/ha-long.

3. Operating Unit: the companies/branches that directly manage, operate and run the Resort / Park.

4. Sun World Ticketing Channels: the website https://sunworld.vn/ ("Sun World Website") and/or the Sun World ticketing application.

5. Other Distribution Channels: third-party distribution channels which are not the Sun World Ticketing Channels and which resell or distribute tickets, including but not limited to: ticket agents, travel companies, tour guides, partners and corporate customers.

6. Ticket: entrance tickets, cable car tickets, ride tickets, food & beverage or other products and services at the Resort / Park.

7. Customer: an individual or organization who accesses, creates or uses an account, places orders, purchases tickets on the Sun World Ticketing Channels and/or visits or uses tickets at the Resort / Park.

8. Order: the transaction details for each ticket purchase on the Sun World Ticketing Channels, including ticket type, date of use, quantity, payment amount and related information.

9. Account: the Customer account created on the Sun World Ticketing Channels to perform transactions.

B. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. All referenced contents, rules and policies in these Terms are an integral part of these Terms and the Terms form an inseparable part of the contract between Sun World and the Customer. In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and other rules on the same subject, these Terms shall prevail unless those other rules expressly state otherwise.

2. By accessing or performing transactions on the Sun World Ticketing Channels, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms. Sun World reserves the right to change, edit, add or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the Sun World Website without prior notice to the Customer.

3. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Invalid provisions shall be governed by Vietnamese law.

4. Customers that are Other Distribution Channels must comply not only with these Terms but also with any rights and obligations set forth in agreements between Sun World and such distribution partners.

5. Other Distribution Channels are obliged to provide and refer to the relevant contents and rules of these Terms to their customers when reselling or delivering tickets.

6. These Terms and any disputes arising between Sun World and the Customer shall be governed by Vietnamese law.

C. TICKET INFORMATION & PRICING

1. Ticket details and ticket prices are published on the Sun World Ticketing Channels and/or at the Resorts / Parks. For further inquiries, complaints or feedback on service quality, Customers may contact Sun World customer care channels listed on the Sun World Website.

2. Customers confirm they have reviewed and understood ticket and pricing information before purchase.

D. ACCESS & USE OF SUN WORLD TICKETING CHANNELS

1. Customers must have the legal capacity and any required approvals to access, use, create Accounts and perform transactions on the Sun World Ticketing Channels.

2. Provide accurate, complete and truthful information; do not impersonate others.

3. Keep account credentials confidential and manage authorizations for staff accessing the Account.

4. Be responsible for all transactions and data under their Account and notify Sun World immediately of any suspicious access.

5. Do not use data, software, services or products obtained from the Ticketing Channels for unauthorized publishing, copying, republishing, franchising or commercial use without written permission.

6. Comply with laws on information technology, electronic transactions and related regulations.

E. BOOKING, PAYMENT & TICKET RECEIPT

1. By using the booking and payment functions, Customers accept and comply with the rules, policies and notices published on the Sun World Website.

2. An Order becomes effective when Sun World confirms and receives payment, unless specified otherwise.

3. Customers must verify all Order details prior to confirmation and payment.

4. After purchase, within 05 minutes Customers receive tickets via download and email; check and report discrepancies promptly within the specified timeframes.

5. Sun World may cancel confirmed Orders if there are indications of misuse, system error or contractual invalidity.

6. For canceled Orders, refunds are processed per current policies; corresponding tickets lose validity.

7. Customers may request invoices and must provide accurate invoicing information; Sun World does not support modifications after issuance.

8. Payments: available methods are listed during checkout; Customers bear fees imposed by payment gateways (if any) and must follow payment security guidance.

F. TECHNICAL ERRORS

1. Sun World will use reasonable efforts to maintain normal operations but cannot guarantee no interruptions.

2. Sun World will correct technical errors and data errors as soon as reasonably practicable.

3. Sun World has the right to cancel or refuse transactions affected by technical/data errors.

4. If a transaction is refused, Sun World will notify and refund the Customer within a maximum of 30 working days.

5. Except for refunds, Sun World is not liable for indirect losses resulting from technical or data errors.

G. USE, REFUND, CANCELLATION, TRANSFER OF TICKETS

1. Operating Units may refuse admission or service if Customers do not present valid tickets; tickets are generally valid for one (01) use.

2. Tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable except in force majeure, error, or as provided by Sun World/Operating Unit policy.

3. If Resorts/Parks close or suspend services due to force majeure, ticket refund/exchange policies apply as per Sun World/Operating Unit rules.

4. Sun World may invalidate tickets acquired from illegitimate sources without compensation.

5. Sun World handles refunds/exchanges only for tickets purchased directly from Sun World; tickets acquired via other distribution channels must be resolved with those channels.

6. Unless agreed otherwise, Customers may not resell products or services within the Resort / Park areas without written permission from Sun World; violators may have tickets invalidated.

H. CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Customers consent to Sun World and Operating Units collecting and using personal data and images to perform the Contract, improve services, for marketing, statistics and to provide to service providers in compliance with law. I. PARK VISIT CONDUCT & LIABILITY

1. Customers accept certain risks and acknowledge that some attractions may not be suitable for people with health issues; Customers are responsible for their health and safety.

2. Prohibited items include weapons, explosives, hazardous chemicals, and any items that endanger health or property.

3. Customers must behave respectfully and follow posted rules and staff instructions.

4. Smoking, alcohol and controlled substances are prohibited in designated areas.

5. Do not litter; comply with park hygiene rules.

6. Follow signs and staff instructions; Sun World is not liable for accidents resulting from violation of rules.

7. Do not publish false or misleading information about Sun World or its partners.

8. Consequences of violations include removal without refund and potential claims for damages.

J. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. Responsibilities: Sun World resolves issues related to accounts, bookings and tickets supplied directly by Sun World; distribution partners handle disputes for tickets they supply; Operating Units handle service quality issues at the Resort / Park.

2. If disputes are not resolved by negotiation within 3 months, any party may bring the dispute to competent Vietnamese courts.

3. During dispute resolution, except for parties involved (court, lawyers), Customers must not disclose case information to third parties.
