General Refund Policy
- Entrance tickets to Sun World Ba Den Mountain Park are government-collected tickets; therefore, exchange or refund is not supported.
- Each ticket is allowed to be exchanged only once (01 time) and cannot be exchanged or cancelled after the exchange has been made.
- Orders that receive tickets as part of promotional programs are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Refunds or exchanges are allowed within 05 days from the date the customer selects as the start date of ticket usage, provided that the ticket has not been used for any services.
- No refund, cancellation or exchange for DIFF ticket
Payment Policy for Ticket Exchange
- If the new ticket has a higher price, the Customer shall pay the price difference.
- If the new ticket has a lower price, the price difference will not be refunded.
Refund Policy for Ticket Cancellation
- Eligible cancelled tickets will be refunded in the form of a voucher.
Voucher conditions
- The voucher can be used only once (01 time) to offset payment for one (01) other order.
- Any remaining value will not be refunded if the order value is lower than the voucher value.
- Orders paid using a voucher are not eligible for refund or exchange.
