General Refund Policy
- Refund / Date-change eligibility conditions:
- Ticket is still valid and no service has been used
- Refund or date change allowed within 05 days from the customer's selected start date
- Ticket can only be exchanged once (01) — no further exchange or cancellation after that
- Non-refundable / non-exchangeable tickets:
- Gate-entry tickets (state-collected fee) at Sun World Ba Den Mountain
- Tickets granted as gifts in promotional orders
- DIFF (Đà Nẵng International Fireworks Festival) tickets
- Cable Plus tickets at Sun World Cat Ba
- Expired tickets or tickets with partial service used
Payment policy for ticket exchange:
- If the new ticket is more expensive, customer pays the difference
- If the new ticket is cheaper, no refund of the difference
Refund policy for ticket cancellation:
- Valid cancelled tickets are refunded in the form of e-voucher. It will be added in to My Reward section in Sun Paradise Land app.
Refund voucher usage conditions:
- Can only be applied as credit once toward one (01) other order
- No cash back if order value is lower than voucher value
- Orders paid with a refund voucher are not eligible for refund or exchange
- Maximum one (01) refund voucher per order
- Refund vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional vouchers
- Refund vouchers may only be applied as credit to orders with a usage date before 31/12/2026. After this date, any unused vouchers will no longer be valid
