Specifically, the high-altitude fireworks display sponsored by Sun Group Corporation will last for 15 minutes, taking place at 10 PM on September 2nd at Dinh Tien Hoang De Square, immediately after the art program celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2nd) of Ninh Binh province. Previously, on the evening of August 31, the province organized a 15-minute low-altitude fireworks display in the area of Le Thai To street (near Tam Quan gate and Ky Lan lake), Hoa Lu ancient town, Hoa Lu ward, to serve local people and tourists.

Residents of Ninh Binh province with household registration in the three localities of Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, and Ninh Binh are entitled to special preferential ticket prices. Specifically, entrance tickets are priced at a flat rate of 150,000 VND on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) and 200,000 VND on weekends (Friday to Sunday). This preferential price is significantly lower than the listed price for out-of-province guests (300,000 VND/adult ticket and 250,000 VND/child ticket).
From 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, all visitors (including out-of-province guests) can enter the park for just 150,000 VND/person.
