SUN WORLD HA NAM CONTEST REGULATIONS - SUN WORLD HA NAM IS CALLING

This contest is an opportunity for visitors to capture memorable moments at Sun World Ha Nam water park – from the high-speed slides and the tranquil atmosphere of the dreamy river to the unique culinary experiences.

This minigame is organized to give participants a chance to win attractive prizes from Sun World Ha Nam by recounting their exciting journey from their own perspective on the TikTok platform.

1. Duration:

- Submission period: August 5, 2025 – August 20, 2025

- Result announcement: August 22, 2025

- Award ceremony: August 24, 2025.

2. Participants:

- All participants who wish to receive attractive prizes from Sun World Ha Nam

- Participants’ accounts must be real accounts, showing no signs of fraud

3. How to participate

Step 1: Film a clip and post it publicly on TikTok:

- Video length: Under 1 minute 30 seconds

- Content: Share your experiences, feelings, reviews, or anything you want to say about Sun World Ha Nam

- Required hashtags: #SunWorldHaNam #SunWorldHaNamIsCalling

Step 2: Comment under the campaign launch post from the Organizing Committee:

- Link to your TikTok clip on the Sun World Ha Nam Fanpage

- Tag 3 friends and call out “Sun World Ha Nam is calling”

• Requirements:

o Use at least 2 hashtags: #SunWorldHaNam #SunWorldHaNamIsCalling

o Post publicly.

4. Prize Structure: Up to 39 prizes including:

- 5 Viral Prizes (random videos over 100K views): 1 All-in-one couple ticket to Sun World Ha Nam Water Park worth 720,000 VND and a 200,000 VND voucher at Caro Restaurant

- 8 First Prizes (random videos over 50K views): 1 couple ticket to Sun World Ha Nam Water Park worth 600,000 VND and a 200,000 VND F&B voucher at Caro Restaurant.

- 8 Second Prizes (random videos over 30K views): 1 ticket to Sun World Ha Nam Water Park worth 300,000 VND and a 100,000 VND F&B voucher at Caro Restaurant.

- 8 Third Prizes (random videos over 10K views): 1 ticket to Sun World Ha Nam Water Park worth 300,000 VND and a 50,000 VND voucher at Caro Restaurant

- 10 Encouragement Prizes (random videos over 5K views): 1 ticket to Sun World Ha Nam Water Park worth 300,000 VND at Caro Restaurant

5. How to determine the winners

The Organizing Committee uses a tool to check views and interactions on participating posts to calculate the post with the most interactions.

6. How to announce and award prizes

- The Organizing Committee will announce the minigame results on the Sun World Ha Nam Fanpage according to the announcement date of August 22, 2025.

- Claiming the prize: From August 22, 2025, to August 24, 2025, as announced, participants need to inbox the Sun World Ha Nam Fanpage for instructions. The Organizing Committee may request that the winner provide personal information for verification and prize awarding. After the deadline, if the participant does not provide complete information, the Organizing Committee has the right to refuse to award the prize.

+ Sun World ticket prize: Will be sent to the winner's valid email address or directly to the customer. The recipient's name, name on the ID card/Passport/Citizen ID, and name on the receiving account must match.

+ Physical gift prize: The Organizing Committee representative will proactively send it to the customer according to the information the player contacts the Sun World Ha Nam Fanpage when the prize is announced.

7. Regulations

Regulations on images/videos

- Videos must be made by the participant themselves about Sun World Ha Nam

- Do not accept copied content, excessive editing that causes misunderstanding

- No political, religious elements, or offensive images.

- The use of misleading images of Sun World Ha Nam in a negative way will not be considered for the prize

- Players commit to using videos of their own creation, not using images made by others. If a violation is discovered, the entry will be automatically disqualified

- The Organizing Committee has the right to refuse entries with images that do not comply with the regulations or misrepresent the destination information.

Other regulations

– Players must not use fake accounts to participate/interact with the posted content. The Organizing Committee has the right to remove the results of fake TikTok accounts

– Participants who fail to follow the instructions according to the rules will not be eligible for prizes.

– All posts/comments that have been edited are considered invalid and will not be considered for winning.

– If a participant comments more than once during the minigame, the Organizing Committee will only count the first comment.

– The winner is the participant who participates in the minigame and follows the above rules

– Sun World Ha Nam is allowed to use the video for the purpose of sharing, spreading, and promoting the Water Park

– Sun World Ha Nam is allowed to use the name and image of the winner for the purpose of announcing the results of the program.

- The program may change due to objective factors or depending on the actual situation

– The final decision rests with the BTC./.
