Thousands of drones will appear in the sky of Phu Quoc during the show Symphony of the sea starting this November.

If visitors still remember the performance that caused a sensation at Hoang Hon Town late last year, with the technique of "mastering" the waves by 24 world-class athletes, fireworks lighting up the sky and the sea, then late this year, the Ocean Symphony will return with a completely new look, grander and more innovative than ever before.

A New "Arrangement"

The outstanding highlight of this year's version is the integration of modern drone technology, as thousands of unmanned aircraft light up and cover the sky of Hoang Hon Town, including hundreds of fireworks drones creating a spectacular light show in the air. Especially, the show is invested with the world's most modern sound, lighting, and laser technology systems, equivalent to the Green Island Symphony show in Cat Ba which has been recognized with 2 Guinness World Records.

The show's story has also been refreshed, inspired by the iconic Kiss Bridge, carrying a message of connection without distance, without borders, showcasing a modern and integrated Phu Quoc, preparing for its role as host of APEC 2027.

The show will lead the audience through the love story of two mythical characters symbolizing land and water, recreated through colorful, magical, and emotional imagery. The main stage is the bay area of Sunset Town, serving visitors experiencing it from the Sun Bavaria Gastropub as well as from the Kiss Bridge and the beach. Additionally, modern sound and lighting systems and advanced laser technology will illuminate the entire bay, bringing visitors the most complete experience regardless of their viewing position.

The Ocean Symphony is a collaboration product of Sun Group Corporation and H2O Events – a renowned water and fireworks show production unit from Australia, which has participated in world Olympics. The show impresses with its international athletes in jetski and flyboard disciplines, many of whom are world champions and runners-up.

Especially in its second season, the show is "magicked" by Laservision, a leading international creative company based in Australia, specializing in designing and producing large-scale light, laser, water, sound, and visual technology shows.
